SmartMove provides a structured relocation assessment and, on purchase, a personalised relocation report for moves to the United Arab Emirates. The assessment asks about your situation; the report organises what your answers imply: likely visa routes, housing and schooling considerations, indicative costs and a practical plan.

Guidance, not licensed advice. Reports are prepared with care from the information you provide and from published sources, but they are not legal, tax, immigration or financial advice, and no report replaces the licensed professionals a specific decision may need. Rules in the UAE change; verify anything critical before acting on it.

You may start an assessment without registering; a provisional account holds your progress and becomes your account if you register or sign in with Google. You are responsible for keeping your credentials to yourself and for what happens under them. One person per account.

The quality of a report depends on the honesty of the answers that feed it. You confirm that what you enter is true to the best of your knowledge, and you accept that a report built on inaccurate answers will be inaccurate in the same places.

Once you submit an assessment for report generation it is locked, like an exam paper: the answers become the fixed record the report was built from, and they can no longer be edited. You can always start a new assessment if your circumstances change; further assessments may carry their own fee.

Report prices are shown before you pay, in USD with an AED indication. Payment is taken when you request report generation. Because a report is personalised work produced on demand, it is not returnable once generated; if something in yours is plainly wrong, write to us and we will put it right.

Do not probe, overload or reverse-engineer the platform, resell reports, or enter data about another person without their agreement. We may suspend accounts that do.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Otherwise, our liability to you is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for decisions you take on the basis of guidance we clearly marked as guidance.

We will update these terms as the product grows. The version and date at the top change when the words do, and continuing to use the service after a change means accepting it. For a material change we will tell you before it applies.
